Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some EUNARIA products are available as automatically renewing monthly subscriptions.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries every month and your selected payment method will be charged for each scheduled delivery. Your payment information is stored securely by Shopify.

Your subscription continues until you cancel it. There is no minimum commitment or cancellation fee.

You may manage your subscription at any time through your EUNARIA customer account or the “Manage your subscription” link included in your subscription emails. You can:

• Skip an upcoming delivery
• Pause or resume your subscription
• Update your payment method
• Update your shipping address
• Cancel your subscription

Changes or cancellations must be completed before your next scheduled order is processed. If an order has already been processed, the change or cancellation will apply to future deliveries only. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Any returns or refunds for processed orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active.
